HOME THEATER & SOUND -- Movie Review

The 10 Best Movies of 2002

Doug Schneider's picks...

Bowling for Columbine
Although this rousing documentary did not get my highest rating this year, its images stayed with me longer than any other film of 2002. In hindsight, perhaps I should have heaped more praise on it. Nevertheless, Michael Moore's exploration of gun violence in the United States is as explosive as it is entertaining, and it is the film to see this year. Plus, it features NRA front man Charlton Heston in a role no one who sees Bowling for Columbine will likely ever forget.
